Lil P
In the middle of June 2007, I found out I was pregnant. I chose life and am extremely glad I did. Now with a due date of March 1st, 2008, I am excited and anxious (and a little nervous!). I am having a baby boy and have chosen a first name, but not a middle. Peyton is going to be the love of my life and I can’t wait.
Now that I have had my son, Peyton Conner, this page will be devoted to his vital stats at every doctor checkup as well as big milestones he passes.

- Also got his first set of shots here.
June 20th, 2008 (3rd Doctor Visit) – Weight: 15 lbs 8 oz

Lil P got his two bottom teeth in August.
3rd week in September Lil P started sitting up very well by himself. Also started army scooting and going for toys.
September 25th, 2008 (4th Doctor Visit) – Weight: 18 lbs 8oz
Height: 29.5 inches
- got third set of shots
First week of October, P started to crawl just a little. He is now eating a few solid foods (mashed potaotes, soft bread, applesauce, sweet potatoes) along with his baby food and formula. He laughs, plays, and has two top front teeth coming in.
10/28/2008 – We took Lil P to the doctor because his belly button seemed to be protruding, and found out he has an umbilical hernia. Nothing to worry about though. Dr. Damron says it is almost closed and it will continue to heal by itself.
11/13/2008 – P can now pull himself up to a standing position on objects like the couch, coffee table, and chairs. He is walking while holding onto these things as well. It won’t be long before he is really walking by himself!
December 18th, 2008 (5th Doctor Visit) – Weight: 23lbs
Height: 30 inches
- Got a flu shot
February 16th 2009 (Sick Visit) – Weight: 23 lbs
- Peyton had strep throat and an ear infection. Was given Amoxicillin to fight the infection.
March 12th 2009 (1 year check up) – Weight: 23.2 lbs
Height: 31 inches
(April 1st update – Peyton is almost walking. He is just scared to do it by himself. It won’t be long though. He is growing and no longer eating baby food. He is drinking 2% milk and only having a bottle at bedtime)
April 2009-August 2010
I suppose there was a bit of a gap here. Oh what’s a year…Well…Peyton finally started walking by himself in June 2009. He has had all of his shots he will need until kindergarten. He is now 31 lbs and about 35 inches tall. He is talking nonstop, in full sentences. He likes everything (examples are: buses, firetrucks, black olives, pickles, Wonderpets, fruit, candy, the beach, etc.). I will be updating this on a month to month basis from now on.
November 2010
Peyton can now sing a few songs like “ABC”, “Itsy Bitsy Spider”, and “Twinkle Twinkle”. He argues, says please, thank you, and you’re welcome. He has a new obsession with Barney. He was the Black Spiderman for Halloween. He makes me laugh daily with his antics.
December 2010
Peyton is now 33 months. I can’t believe it. He is growing so much everyday. He is starting to get the concept of the potty and when he is wet and dry. I still have a while to go with the training, but hopefully he will start catching on soon. He is very excited for Christmas, but he is scared of Santa. He is a happy two year old and I couldn’t ask for a better child.
January 2011-March 2011
Peyton will be turning three next Wednesday. He is now potty trained! He’s such a good kid and he loves living with me in our own home. He amazes me daily with how much he knows and how well he can pick things up so easily. I love him to death.
April 2011-May 2011
Peyton is growing up fast. He has a favorite color (blue), favorite foods (mac and cheese and hamburgers), and he loves watching tv, playing outside, and he loves me. I love him more than life itself and I know that he is the only sure thing in my life. He keeps me strong and helps me remember the little things in life.
